01. I forgot my Password and/or Username
If you forgot your Password and/or Username click on Forgot Username and/or Password.
02. I can’t login but I know my Username
If you can’t login and you know your username please click on Reset Password.
03. My name does not appear on the Course Completion Certificate
If your name does not appear on the Course Completion Certificate please login using a computer, then go to My Profile and next click on the button to Print/View Certificate, otherwise please review the FAQ.
04. I still need help
